These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the TESPIRE, the said terms of use operate between you and the Company and it sets out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of TESPIRE Service.

Access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all registered and non-registered users, visitors and others who access or utilize the Services of our site.

Definition of some silent words used on these Terms of use and disclaimers for clarity purpose and to avoid ambiguity. every time reference is made to this word they are strictly defined as;

Company where this term of use refers to “company”, “we”, “us” or “our”, it refers to TESPIRE and its terms.

Users where these terms of use refer to “users”, “institution”, “you” or “your” it refers to the company, institution, organization or individual that sign in to use TESPIRE.

Device means any internet-connected device such as phone, tablet, Computer or any other device now known or later to be known that could be used to access TESPIRE.

Third-party service means advertisers, content sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and those whose products or services we think may interest you.

Personnel refers to those individuals who are employed by Tespire or licensed person or institution, to provide technical and administrative support on behalf of the parties.

Country refers to the subsisting corporate headquarters of TESPIRE or where the owners/founders of TESPIRE are based, in this case, Nigeria.

TESPIRE refers to the “portal”, “site”, “product” or “mobile Device” used by registered or unregistered users.

TESPIRE Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between us and you and whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and concerning your access to and use of the TESPIRE and its Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and solemnly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. 3. The foregoing licenses shall survive any termination of your use of our site.

 You further acknowledged that for all the content you share through our site, you assert and warrant that you grant us an exclusive license to use the said content and share with other users. and that such content complies with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and does not infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party and is furthermore free from viruses and other malware or any other defect.

The Company reserves the exclusive right in its sole discretion, to determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms. The company equally has unfettered right to remove any content which in its opinion violates any provision of the terms of use or any other law enforced in Nigeria or the jurisdiction of the user. The Company further reserves the right to edit and change the manner of any Content.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our website judiciously and in accordance with all laws, rules and policies that are applicable to the use of the said site, and you further acknowledge that at any interface with our website you personally, jointly or in a representative capacity will refrain from taking any of the following actions or any such actions bearing resemblance to such prohibited act in relation to our site, content or related software, in any manner that is;

8.  Advertise firearms or promote the sale of firearms or ammunition, tobacco, alcohol, illegal drugs, or any other product or products or services that is or are classified as contraband under the Nigerian law, or prohibited by the laws of jurisdiction of the user.
9. Remove any notice that is deceptive in any way or contain any element of deception, such as an offer to sell fraudulent goods, encourage the sale of such goods or contains an impersonation of any person or entity or misrepresents an affiliation with a person or entity;
10. Constitutes unsolicited or prohibited advertising or any other unsolicited commercial or non-commercial communications or;
11. Constitute fake news or any news that its validity is questionable;
12. Interferes with others using the Sites;
13. Modifies, translates, decompiles, disassembles, or reverse engineering or otherwise attempts to derive the source code for the computer systems and other technology that operate on our site; 
14. Creates or use a false identity for the purpose of misleading others;
15. Prepares, compiles, uses, downloads or otherwise copies any user information and/or usage information for any portion thereof, or transmit, provide or otherwise distribute (whether or not for a fee) such information to any third party;
16. Contains any offer for unsolicited goods or services or any advertising or promotional materials, except in those areas specifically designated for such purpose (e.g., classified bulletin board);
17. And such other acts that are declared to be prohibited under Nigerian law and any other law enforced around the world;

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, Web site or other media for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Tespire express prior written consent.

This implies that the user of this Website is not allowed – except for personal non-commercial use – to multiply, send, forward, distribute or against payment make available to third parties any contents of the Website, without the prior written consent of Tespire. Furthermore, all other rights to the Website and its content are reserved.
