Key Responsibilities:

Support People & Culture initiatives including onboarding, performance tracking, employee engagement, and talent documentation.

Assist with the day-to-day operations and administrative functions across departments.

Maintain accurate employee records using digital tools (Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, or HR platforms).

Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, interviews, and team-wide events.

Leverage IT knowledge to streamline internal workflows (e.g., automating reports, optimizing shared folders, digitizing processes).

Analyze and interpret data to support culture, HR, or operational decisions.

Collaborate with teams to improve internal communications and employee experience.

Provide general IT support to the team when needed (e.g., onboarding accounts, resolving minor tech issues, managing work tools).
- Must be a current NYSC Corps Member or Intern seeking industrial experience.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Industrial Relations, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong IT literacy — proficient with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, Trello, Zoom, HRIS, or process automation platforms.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner with a can-do attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Prior experience in HR, admin, tech support, or operations is a plus.
