Job Summary

The Graduate Project Manager is responsible for managing small to medium-sized projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow, with a strong foundation in project management principles.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of experienced professionals to manage projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee the completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Track and monitor progress against timelines and budgets.
  • Identify and resolve risks.
  • Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Develop and maintain project plans
  • Coordinate and manage tasks and deliverables
  • Track and monitor progress against timelines and budgets
  • Identify and resolve risks

  • Learn from and collaborate with experienced professionals

Required Skills and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken

Experience

  • Some experience with project management is a plus, but not required
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus

  • Onsite Location: Abuja, Nigeria
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days onsite and 1 day remote
