Job Summary

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to promote Tespire’s brand and engage with the target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, as well as experience creating engaging and shareable content.

 

Required Skills, Abilities and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Experience developing social media strategies and creating engaging content
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken

Experience

  • Experience developing and executing social media campaigns
  • Experience creating and managing social media content
  • Experience analyzing social media data and tracking metrics
  • Experience with social media advertising
  • Experience with social media listening tools

  • Onsite Location: Abuja, Nigeria
  • Work Schedule: Job shift, hybrid of 4 days onsite, 1 day remote  and 2 days off
