Job Summary
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to promote Tespire’s brand and engage with the target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, as well as experience creating engaging and shareable content.
Required Skills, Abilities and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Experience developing social media strategies and creating engaging content
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
Experience
- Experience developing and executing social media campaigns
- Experience creating and managing social media content
- Experience analyzing social media data and tracking metrics
- Experience with social media advertising
- Experience with social media listening tools
